    2011 - maintenant Proactive management of a Leveraged portfolio within regulatory capital and risk appetite constraints in order to achieve Non-Core Division objectives of accelerated exit. Took an active role in the reduction of RBS Non-Core Assets.

    Main Accomplishments:
     Credit risk monitoring of a leveraged portfolio (French and German deals): financial modelling, monthly and annual reviews, market analysis, internal strategic reporting, waivers negotiations and other credit submissions;
     Strategic review of transactions in order to establish the best options to manage RBS balance-sheet and to deliver objectives of accelerated reduction in exposure, RWA’s and funding, through refinancing, sales on secondary markets, restructuring, Amend & Extend processes and run-offs;
     Front-office Agency role for large transactions : developed strong relationship with management of companies, banks, hedge-funds, and PE firms; managed waivers, restructuring and A&E processes;

    2005 - 2010 Has been hired within the context of the large growth of RBS Paris in the leveraged business in order to build a dedicated Middle Office team and bring his experience as Portfolio Manager and as Deal Closer.

    Main Accomplishments:
     Closed all LBO deals of Paris Branch (Primary or secondary LBOs (recapitalisation, refinancing, restructuring, PtP, Debt Push Down) as MLA & Agent or as Participant. Built Funds-Flow liaising with customers, advisors, FO;
     Supported primary syndications and secondary trading on Agent deals: improved the debt trading monitoring (creation of reporting files / recruitment and training of juniors) in order to sustain the trading growth ;
     Worked with Origination teams on term sheets and documentations negotiations, financials ;
     Active relationship management with Target’s Management and Sponsors ;
     Developed internal processes and relationships between departments for strengthening internal data exchange and for risk monitoring (between credit risk dept, compliance, finance) ;
     Built and developed Middle Office LBO team: managed a team of 3 persons (training, assignment of tasks, performance evaluation).
