Develop the sales of the new built A332F freighter aircraft in Latin America, Africa and India.
Increase market share for new and converted aircraft in the region.
– for Commercial Aircraft in Sub-Saharian Africa & Indian Ocean (2008-2009)
Develop the sales and increase the market share in the region and increase Airbus market share with the two major operators: SAA (Contract amendement signed for new purchased a/c and new a/c on lease) and MAU.
Active promotion of Airbus products during Regional Meetings, Conferences and new events in the region.

* CUSTOMER SUPPORT DIRECTOR (CSD)
AIRBUS SAS, 2001 to 2008 – Customers Support & Services Directorate

– Support Commercial Director, Negotiator(2007-2008)
Appointed Negotiator CSD to assist the Sales Directors by defining and providing the adequate package of support & services according to the customer specific needs, and consistent with Airbus policy and sales strategy.

– Customer Support Director for the Middle East and for Leasing Companies (2001-2007)
Focal point for all support & services activity for in-service aircraft, for the communication with the customers and for the implementation of the contractual clauses on delivered aircraft: with Middle East Customers (QTR, QAF, PIA, KAC and KNA) and with Leasing Companies based in Europe (D2F > 150 Airbus a/c) and in Asia (BOC > 50 Airbus a/c, AWW).
Developed and implemented a unique “aircraft transfer management” tool, to trace and reduce aircraft transfer time between two leases (123 a/c transferred and 131 a/c delivered new to lessors, in 2006).

* CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER (CSM)
DASSAULT AVIATION / FALCON Aircraft, 1997 to 2001 - Customer Services Directorate

Focal point for support & services and contractual follow-up on delivered Falcon aircraft, for a portfolio of corporate operators based in France, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Austria (25 Customers / 68 aircraft).

* AIRLINE TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER (ATPM) + Team Leader
SNECMA / CFMI Engines, 1988 to 1992 - Customer Support Directorate

Responsible for technical assistance on CFMI engines for three customers, including Lufthansa (LH).
Coordinator with Airbus Support & Engineering teams for the Entry into service of CFM56-5C engine (A340 program) and for the follow-up of the modification and improvement program.
Managed a team of six “Hardware Engineers”, specialists for engine frames and combustion chambers.

* DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
SNECMA / S.E.P., 1988 to 1989 - Defence and Space Department

Manager for the development and the validation program for a military rocket engine (M45-M5).
