  TOULOUSE 2013 - maintenant I ensure an efficient exploitation of the EGNOS system (reliability, performance and costs control) in compliance with the customer’s service level agreement. I am in charge of delivering a reliable EGNOS signal in space through the monitoring of operations, maintenance & logistics activities performed by an industrial consortium of more than 30 subcontractors.
  
  As member of the Executive Committee I widely contribute to the future of the company by supporting the CEO in its decision making, by implementing the corporate business strategy, by extensively contributing to answer to bids to develop current and new markets.

• ESSP - OPERATIONS MANAGER

  2010 - 2013 • Management and monitoring of 4 Mission Control Centres in Europe and 40 worldwide
  hosting entities (receiving stations, central processing computers, broadcasting stations)
  • Setting-up of all the contracts with the above entities, monitoring of their performances and application of penalties schemes when necessary
  • Planning and supervision of all corrective/preventive operations and execution of the deployment of the new system releases
  • Responsible for the end-to-end shipment of any hardware/equipment through the overall supply chain
  • Design and dissemination of processes and procedures to support operators and maintainers activities while providing training aiming at qualifying the operators (40p) and the maintainers (200p)
  

• AIRBUS - CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER

  Blagnac 2008 - 2009 Define and maintain Customer Acceptance and Delivery projects, processes and activities across the Airbus organisation, Airbus sites and programs. Support involved people (CIM, CADM, CCDM, Conformity managers, FCO,...)
  Balance Customers’ expectations vs. different interests within Airbus and guarantee consistency between the different Delivery Centres (Toulouse, Hamburg, China)
