Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and apply project-tailored analysis workflows to answer scientific questions
Experience with cheminformatics (similarity searching, clustering, SAR analysis, chemogenomics data mining) and high-throughput virtual screening (HTVS).
Expertise in large scale data handling (ie. extraction, manipulation, and merging multiple data sources with KNIME Pipeline Pilot)in particular for analysis, presentation and visualization of medicinal chemistry
Ability to script workflows and implement new algorithms in cluster computing environment (HPC)
