    COURBEVOIE 2013 - maintenant • Project Manager overseeing the specification, design and commissioning of tailor-made aircraft refueling vehicles for different airfields and airports in across Europe, Africa and Asia. Responsible to ensure that refueling vehicle construction and renovation projects are executed from inception to completion with compliance of fuel quality and international specifications (planning, scope, quality, procurement, quality and risk).
    • Technical and quality auditor monitoring the compliance with international standards and recommendations of the JIG (Joint Inspection Group Guidelines for aviation fuel) through frequent inspections of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical and petroleum (pressure regulation, flow control, drawing review, metrology, etc) systems.
    • Operational costs optimization and formalization: Leading procurement projects for refueling vehicles maintenance contracts. These projects require a cross-functional management of several departments and experts under strict deadlines (Risk, Legal, engineering, operation and purchasing departments including a cost modeling expert).
    • Leading different technical teams to make sure the refueling equipment is reliable and the Fuel quality is excellent.
    • Customer relationship management with airports and chamber of commerce fueling managers.

    • IT project manager (Systems transfer from overseas to France and other territories).
    • Successfully led the migration of servers and databases from overseas locations to the head office in France.
