    2007 - 2008 In this role, I was in charge of the design and usability team in the London Orange R&D lab. The goal was twofold: 1/support the local business unit with operational activity and 2/investigate innovative concepts

  • Orange / London - Mobile User Experience Project Manager

    2004 - 2007 In this role, I managed R&D projects (mainly mobile and web focussed), through the whole project lifecycle, focussing on user experience using a user centred design approach, in collaboration with Orange Business Units
    − Manage a project team of 11 people (designers, developers, engineers) and a budget of 2.2 M€
    − Weekly calls to ensure the good coordination and synchronization within the different part of the team located in France, UK, China and US
    − Lobby business to develop further activity
    − Delivery of a full prototype of an innovative Orange experience on a Linux device

    Toronto 2002 - 2004 In Sept 2002, I joined the UK based Technical Sales Support (TSS) team for Wireless. In May 2003, I was promoted manager to ensure the right positioning of the Core Network solution for all key opportunities in EMEA. This new role leads me to work very closely with various mix of Nortel executives across sales, marketing and product development units, giving a major marketing and project management spin in to my day-to-day job.

    - Ensure high quality executive summary in bid answers for all main opportunities in EMEA
    - Solution collaterals development: Production management of technical annexes for unsolicited/generic bid answer

  • Nortel Networks - Technical Sales Support

    Toronto 1999 - 2002 In Sept 1999, I joined Nortel Networks France and contribute to form the first UMTS Technical Sales Support (TSS) (soon to be merged with the GSM/GPRS one). I then took on the role of a GPRS/UMTS Core Network Consultant being part of the competence center for the rest of the team. In this position I provided support to the sales account teams for EMEA and Asia Wireless Market, and got involved in developing business for Major Global Wireless Accounts such as Vodafone, T-Mobile, Orange, Hutchison, O2.
