  2011 - 2014 As a major career evolution, I had the opportunity to move from Atos Morocco to a new challenging and international experience within Atos Middle East, enlarging significantly my responsibilities as a part of the regional executive management team, my role includes currently the following:
  - Management of the finance operation of 4 entities of ATOS Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar & Egypt)
  - Supervising the monthly and annually closings and insuring the communication with external parties (Auditors, advisors, tax authorities ...)
  - Budgeting, tracking and controlling of projects, support functions, and overheads
  - Production, analysis and explanation of financial information for Middle East,
  - Supporting of the commercial team on producing business models, P&L, Cash flow statements for ongoing bids,
  - Creation of new models and developing the management accounting model in order to increase projects efficiency,
  -Supporting management on decision making through financial simulations and budget controlling process,
  - Proactive support and advice to all departments for development of their budgets and controlling of their cost centers,
  - Maintaining quality of control environment, through working closely with the Financial Controller and implementing new internal control procedures,
  - Accomplishing quarterly forecasts exercises, within the communicated deadlines from corporate team,
  - Commenting the latest forecast (volume & financials) variances to Budget, prior forecast and management pack, this includes (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and main KPIs).

• ATOS Morocco - Financial controller Morocco

  2010 - 2011 -Production, analysis and explanation of all management reporting on Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and P&L including monthly explanation of all variances to budget, previous forecasts and prior year at the agreed timeliness,
  -Financial control of all local business projects,
  -Production, analysis and explanation of financial information for Morocco,
  -Creation of new models and developping the management accounting model in order to increase projects efficiency,
  -Respond to ad-hoc queries from Management and the Group,
  -Proactive support and advice to all departments for development of their budgets and controlling of their cost centers,
  -Accomplish quarterly forecasts exercises, within the communicated deadlines from corporate team.
