Paolo LUCCHI received the B.S. and the M.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from Università degli Studi di Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy, in 2005 and 2008, respectively. Then, he obtained the Ph.D. degree in Physics Science and Engineering (Micro-Electronics) from the University of Bordeaux, France, and the Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Technology from the Università degli Studi di Modena and Reggio Emilia, in February 2012 (Italy-France joint doctorate program).
In 2010 and 2011, he was a Ph.D. Fellow with the IMS Laboratory, Bordeaux, France. Since 2011, he has been a Analog RF and mmW Engineer with the IC Design Team, Bordeaux, France.
His research interests mainly focus on the Analog Design and Modelling at millimeter wave frequencies (mmW).
Since Juanary 2012 Dr. Paolo LUCCHI is Analog RF and mmW Design Engineer at United Monolithic Semiconductors, Paris, France. His research activities are focused on the design of BiCMOS RFICs for automotive radar applications.
