• Manage Tigo’s relationship with seven airtime Dealers and their 300+ salesmen to buy into new products and services that deepen Tigo’s presence in the market
• Achieved Millicom National airtime target with an average of 5% out of stock throughout the country
• Improved operational excellence for each of the dealers by requiring the following:
- Implemented a credit process to meet the market expectation that increased share of stock by 20%
- Improved dealer profitability by helping them manage their P&L which reduced operational costs by 40%
• Achieved 40% Tigo subscriber acquisition contribution through the Point of activation (POA) with a series of trade incentive: POA booster plan, retail loyalty program and trade forum
• Implemented the first Tigo direct distribution force in North part of the country with 21 airtime moto riding Salesmen
• Designed program to focus key distribution staffs around KPIs for Tigo Cash agent network expansion with 100 Agents onboard every month.
• Managed dealers to ensure minimum level of e-money availability to support increasing customer transactions at retail agent point
• Organized quarterly trade forum with Dealers, Point of activation (POA) and Tigo Cash agents to enhance Tigo products knowledge, engage and improve performance
• Implemented Tigo going blue program through a proper classification of the POS and constant deployment of visibility materials to enhance the tigo visibility brand at the retail point
• Implemented BTL program across the country to enhance Tigo brand perception and experience
