Réduire la non-qualité des produits depuis les fournisseurs jusqu'aux clients :
1 - en assurant les relations techniques avec la direction techniques, l'assurance qualité, et programme domaine pour les produits en série et les méthodes industrielles pour la mise en place des nouveaux produits.
2 - en garantissant le respect du référentiel "qualité produits" au sein de la ligne
3 - en traitant les problèmes techniques sur l'ensemble de la supply chain.
4 - en assurant la capitalisation technique dans les métiers de la ligne.
· Garantir la prise en compte par l'entité des attentes des clients.
· Participer à l'amélioration de la fiabilité opérationnelle des produits
· Assurer la tenue des objectifs de taux de dépose en réalisant les expertises, en recherchant les causes racines des défauts et en mettant en place des plans d'actions.
Mettre en place les actions nécessaires à la tenue des objectifs des coûts de production, notamment pour réduire le coût des retouches.
