- Final Handover of Oil Facilities to PRODUCTION Team (Upgrade of all the Safety and Instrumentation Systems).

- Commercial leader of two consortiums with MANNESMAN (France) and SOMEPOST (France).

- Overall project management responsible (cost control, deadlines, profitability and quality).
Results:
- Sorting machines tests redefined. Basic engineering for the conveying system. ;
- Gross margin increases: +18% for the ECT 005 contract and +14% for the ECT 028 contract.

Responsibilities:
- Proposal technical responsible (substations, communication, DCS system, fire fighting system, civil works). ;

- Contract Award lost after eleven months of negotiation due to inadequate financial solution by ALSTOM France. ;

- Responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001 for the piping department (70 people).
Results:
- Hull engineering completed in time. Construction control.
- Attribution of process unit construction contract to HHI, after the good results with the hull.
- Elaboration of quality manual and training for the entire department. Achieved zero non-compliance events.
