  SAINT QUENTIN FALLAVIER 2009 - 2016 Located in a production site in France, I pilot, organise and coordinate with project teams and developers (Danish, American and Chinese) the industrialisation of new products. The objectives are to fulfill the requested quality, the leadtime and the budget by satisfying customer needs (OEM market).
  
  I am also at the head of the injection project team. My objectives are to implement new technologies and to lead new projects related to composite components.
  
  At the group level, I have also the responsibility to develop and deploy new tools relating to new product industrialisation project management.

  2003 - 2008 I am part of AB VOLVO Materials Technology.
  I am responsible for trucks painted plastic parts and sealing validation according to the Group Standards. I work mostly with Cab, Powertrain and axles developers and suppliers.
  
  I have implemented Global Group Standards common to different AB Volvo business areas (Sweden, France, US).
  
  In addition to these jobs linked to products development (projects management), I am responsible for products expertise studies when they are in production phase.
