    For the full product and service range (e.g. Altéa Suite, E-commerce, Reservation desktop, Revenue Integrity, Operational products, Consultancy services etc…) and for Qatar Airways being one of the two Strategic Accounts from MENA, for Royal Jordanian and Royal Air Maroc, the objective is to:
    - Understand the Amadeus strategy and vision around IT and apply it to solution management.
    - Understand customer business drivers, strategy, challenges, and decision processes to propose adapted IT solutions.
    - Identify upsell opportunities and be pro-active
    - Develop existing relationships with both IT and Business at the appropriate Management level (including VP/C-level)
    - Operate as autonomously as possible vis a vis Product Management: ability to manage the customer and execute the business plan with limited support from the product management line organization.
    - Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction

  • Amadeus Nice - Sales Engineer, IT Solution and Delivery Manager

    Sophia Antipolis 2010 - 2012 For the full product and service range (e.g. Altéa Suite, E-commerce, Reservation desktop, Revenue Integrity, Operational products, Consultancy services etc…) and for a defined set of Customers, the objective is to:
    - Be the functional entry point for Top Amadeus Airline IT Customers in the usage and integration of IT products and solutions following initial cutover to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and upsell (increased footprint/product adoption).
    - Build and manage the IT Account development Plan in cooperation with the Amadeus Account Manager and the customers themselves.
    - Identify upsell opportunities during the on-going delivery of IT services and ensure the proposal, development and implementation of the right solutions at the right time to meet airline requirements.
    - Provide quality and consistency of on-going service delivery in IT and e-commerce
    - Mobilize line organization to assure delivery of 1A commitments in line with customer expectations
    - Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Amadeus - Ingenieur des ventes - Airline IT Pre-sales solutions

    Sophia Antipolis 2006 - 2009 Play a key role in the expansion of Amadeus IT services customer base by determining solution-oriented aspects of the Amadeus Airline IT offering during the Airline IT Sales process and when Amadeus is bidding for Airline IT business:
    - The solution offering (from both a functional and technical perspective)
    - The solution migration approach & phasing
    - The solution implementation schedule and cost
  • Amadeus - Product Account Manager for Middle East - Africa and Latin America

    Sophia Antipolis 2002 - 2006 - Functional expertise on the Amadeus distribution product line and Altéa Sell to the airline customer.
    - Drive customer requirements and prioritisation through Product Management.
    - Act as a functional consultant for airlines on solutions and functional questions related to distribution products for PCAs and reservation products for Altéa Sell customers.
    - Provide support to Airline Account Managers, coordinate projects, develop and monitor Customer Product Plans, drive for creative resolutions and escalate as needed.
