    Les Ulis 2011 - 2013 Always in charge of Telecom/Datacom Activities in France, I have now to support and help around 15 partners in North of France for the 2011 period.
    With connections with the Marketing product Lines, for improving our solutions, we have to anticipate the market needs, in Telecom/Datacoms Area.
    On the other hand , I help the partners qualifying the leads, visiting customers, doing the demos, , and configuring the quotations, in North of France for the End High Equipment.
    Deal plans, business reports, funnel management, key performance indicators, forecast measures and project reports are the key tools I use in order to manage the business with customers and partners. I meet every year of sales quota plan. I develop and apply long term strategies to fuel the growth by refocusing partner individuals as well as apply partner changes where required

    2001 - 2003 In charge of Direct and Indirect Sales in EU for PMD and CD Fiber Optics Testers from former EG&G.
    I had to deploy the channel partnership in Europe, finding new distributors , training them, helping in demos and closing deals. I had to organize a business plan for this, with Actions Plans in cooperation with the R&D Dept.

    1996 - 2001 First of all, in charge of selling LAN/WAN/ATM protocol Analysers from Azure Technologies, I moved to the SS7 protocol analyser ( Nettest , DK ) customers, and also acquired Fiber Optics Knowledge by selling OTDRs, Supervision System, and PMD/CD fiber Optics Testers.

    RADCOM was the key Vendor at J3TEL.
    I dealt at Thales and were very successfull
