     In charge and control of the development of PROJIXI in the Middle East with all the support of TOTAL
     Managing the whole entity in Qatar and report directly to the CEO of PROJIXI in France
     Solely accountable for the setup of the company in Qatar
     Working in close collaboration with the Sustainable Development Department of TOTAL E&P QATAR and involvement in all major TOTAL events in the Middle East


    RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING STRATEGY FOR THE MIDDLE EAST, AND IN CHARGE OF THE SETUP IN QATAR
    ● Manage all sales activities and promote PROJIXI in the Middle East (Find new clients and projects, and set new partnerships)
    ● Elaborate and set up the Marketing Strategy and the commercial policy for the GCC market
    ● Market study & Competitive Intelligence in all the GCC countries (Identify key players and list all significant projects)
    ● Prepare all technical business proposals and all tender bid responses; Negotiate contracts directly with clients
    ● Create adapted marketing materials and sales support documents (Company profile, success stories, brochures…)
    ● Attend major business and oil & gas events in the Middle East in order to increase our exposure and growth in the region
    ● Explored and evaluated different options for the setting up of PROJIXI as a legal company in Qatar; Met potential Qatari sponsors

    MANAGEMENT OF PROJIXI MIDDLE EAST OPERATIONS
    ● Manage the annual budget; Manage daily operations and make regular reports to the CEO of PROJIXI in France
    ● Manage PROJIXI teams in the GCC (Placement and demobilization of our technical staff) and the recruitment of new staff
    ● Ensure the follow-up on all projects and interventions; Liaise with clients on regular basis and handle customer complaints

    CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY & SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
    ● Work alongside the CSR Officer of TOTAL to carry out common CSR projects and to implement some social initiatives
