  • Business development with major International Oil and Gas operators, drilling contractors, Integrated Services companies, EPC's and service companies worldwide whether they be current clients or new clients
  • In front line with clients, sourcing and understanding their needs and providing them with support and adapted solutions for their operational needs. (Man Power, Logistic, immigration and payroll management solutions as well as coordination with all consultants provided)

  • Screen and interview applicants as necessary; greet and deal with potential applicants, face to face and over the phone, ensuring that a friendly and professional approach is maintained at all times.
  • Conduct reference check on selected candidates as necessary and provide feedback to respective head(s) of department
  • Provide interview feedback to both clients and candidates alike
  • Prepare and send out contracts and offers of employment
  • Coordinate with the clients on the documentation requirements of candidates
  • Maintain harmonious relationship with clients to ensure proper coordination and smooth deployment of consultants/new hired people in a timely manner
