Ensure a senior management position as head of operations, business unit, or a cross functional expertise preferably within the Life Science Industry (Pharma, Biotech, and Device Manufacturing) or High Tech Industry. Achievements:
- Implementation of a harmonized maintenance management strategy and computerized system (SAP-PM) for all manufacturing sites
- Capex and Opex management of 5 sites (as key account) by implementation of a 18 month rolling forecast within budget and expenditure plan for 6 consecutive years ( > 100 Mio €)
- Lead the 2012 Maintenance Cost Reduction program for all manufacturing sites with an overall result of 12% savings within 24 months
- Lead major investment and strategic projects ( > 20 Mio €) to completion within agreed schedule, cost, and quality with no accidents. (Switzerland, France, Israel, USA)
- Development of Site Master Plans for all biotech and sterile manufacturing sites (8 sites)
