I’m a water specialist in preliminary design and construction supervision. I’m able to manage various aspects of large international hydraulics projects funded by IFA’s such as WB, AFD, ADB, MCC, or private sector. I’ve been project director for many major projects in middle east, emerging countries in India, Kenya, Senegal, Kazakhstan, Algeria, Central Africa, Niger, and Ivory Coast. I’ve been involved either directly in project teams as expatriate, resident project manager in India (one year), Niger (2 years), and Algeria (one year), either from head office with regular missions to follow up my projects and my teams. At the same time, I’ve developed specific expertise:
• in contractual management and procurement through several official trainings in the use of Fidic contracts (Cambridge, London);
• in project planning and programming with an extensive use of MS Project;
• in hydraulic transient / steady modeling through training and regular use of specific software like Cebelmail, HEC Ras, EPA Net.
