    Blagnac 2012 - 2013 - Perform an audit on the Qatar Project to give my recommandations on the scheduling point of view, and to reach the best results with both teams France and Qatar.
    - Support the Project Bids as PMO (VietNam, Brazil)
    - Key user Member to improve the Cassidian's Projects Management Tools.
  • EADS Cassidian - PMO Support

    Blagnac 2010 - 2012 - Assign as Project Management Tool expert to coach and support the Saudi Arabia project.
    - Set-up, improve and deploy the ERP tool interfaced with a German SAP Tool.
    - Ensure the implementation of the tool in managing the Change Requests process in relation with the IM service in Europe, and closely with our External Developper of the solution.
    - Administrator of the system for the Saudi Arabia's Projects.

    Blagnac 2009 - 2010 - Deploy the PM Toolset (Planning Tool related to the Cost Tool; EPM, Project server, SAP, Share Point Services) to all Company's Projects.
    - Coach, train and support project teams according to our BMS processes and best practices.
    - Responsible of the Key User Group to improve the Change Board Control of the integrated ERP (Entreprise Resource Planning).

    Le Plessis-Robinson 2005 - 2009 - Scheduler for different projects (Study: MCT, development: Milan ER, Production and Resumption production: Milan, Eryx). Analysis of the critical paths.
    - Responsible of the Risks and Opportunity register, actions plan and reviews management.
    - Plan and budget resources, baseline and update schedules to measure the Earned Value.
    - Report the KPI (Events, Key technical issues, Financial data, Earned Value, Top ten Risks and Opportunities, Penalties, Turnover, Cash-in/out) to the monthly Program review.
    - Manage the Cost, Planning and Risk data on the Project Development (Milan ER).

    - Perform financial duties relevant the French and German Official Services and compliant with official documents like the CCAG, CCAP/PI.
    -Reporting Financial Documents to the Head Office.
