Providing expertise in organizational change: implementation of new human resources practices or due diligence of existing ones.

In Brazil (a corporate office, four cellular operations and an internet portal);
In Eastern Europe (two cellular operations).

1989 - 1997Montreal: Developed HR initiatives in order to facilitate change in Canadian organizations (Performance Management, Competency based programs, Training and Development, Succession Planning and Recruitment).
Paris: Responsible of a team of five consultants auditing companies’ compensation strategies.
