    Recruitment of key resources (executive-level and intermediate positions): general management, finance, marketing, human resources, technology mainly for the Service industry.

    Providing expertise in organizational change: implementation of new human resources practices or due diligence of existing ones.
  • TIW - Vice President, Human Resources

    1997 - 2001 Responsible for leading the worldwide Organizational Development initiatives as well as the Human Resources practices of the company and its international operations:
    In Brazil (a corporate office, four cellular operations and an internet portal);
    In Eastern Europe (two cellular operations).
  • Hay Management - Senior Consultant

    1989 - 1997 Montreal: Developed HR initiatives in order to facilitate change in Canadian organizations (Performance Management, Competency based programs, Training and Development, Succession Planning and Recruitment).

    Paris: Responsible of a team of five consultants auditing companies’ compensation strategies.
