    2010 - 2018 - Member of the Executive Commitee, with a greenfield mission assigned by Norauto International, to design and execute the expansion of the company’s shops in Moscow and Moscow region
    - Led the design and alignment of Norauto’s business model for Russia including the commercial strategy, providing the master plan for « products and services », merchandising, logistics, imports, negotiations with the key partners, recruitment and training for the local teams

    - Auchan City - Retail (Moscow and regions) 12/2007 - 08/2008
    Transition and Development Board position
    Member of the transition and development board responsible for integrating layouts, business processes, human organization, investments, IT, and cost activities during the purchase of 14 Ramstore hypermarkets by Auchan City.
    6-month deadline and 14 million dollars in financial backing to manage the project from the time of its inception to the last step of integration.
    Reached 200 % of the forecasted objectives for 2008.

    - Auchan Sokolniki (Moscow and regions) 10/2006 - 11/2007
    Senior Manager position
    Led 12 managers and 450 employees and controlled the biggest cash department within the group, built from scratch, and having started with almost nothing. Managed the project right from the start.
    Four main axes: sales, human resources, cost and financial management, and work in technical areas.
    - Coach for the regional openings
    Responsible for hiring, training and coaching fellow senior managers to inaugurate stores in 6 regions, first in Moscow, followed by stores in other regions.
    On a corporate level, wrote and formalized the processes to manage openings for the human resources and cash departments, initiating strategies which are currently in use all over Russia.
    Finance, Budgeting & Cost Control of the cash departments? installations (1 million Euro by store on average).
    Support of the local store manager in the opening process.

    Managed a team of 8 managers and 400 employees, starting with nothing and building the team from scratch.
    Four main axes: sales, human resources, cost and financial management, and work in technical areas.

    - Auchan Mitishi & Kommunarka (Moscow) 01/2002 - 12/2003
    Store Logistics Manager in Non-Food
    Joined with the first expatriates from France to build from scratch, the first and the second hypermarkets in Moscow.
    My mission was to organize orders, make deliveries, and fill up several non-food markets in the stores. Also to train, and coach the Russian managers in accordance to the Auchan standards and collaborative mindset.
    Mitishi and Kommunarka are now the first hypermarkets in terms of turnover within the whole group.
  • Auchan France (Annecy) - Department Manager

    1998 - 2001 Led a team of three other managers and 150 employees in charge of human resources policy, services marketing, fluidity, cost, and security.
  • Corins Industry (Antwerp-Belgium) - Marketing Manager (Cooperant National Overseas)

    1996 - 1998 Conducted a survey for the three manufacturing companies of the CORINS Group in the Netherlands to increase export activities to this country.
