Philippe VIGNEAU is in charge of all Business Development activities for Transatel the European leader for MVNO Enabler activities. He has developed several new MVNO or mobile GSM venture concepts throughout Europe, Africa and Middle East such as RCSC Mobile, KIRENE MOBILE(Sénégal), NRJ Mobile, Euro Keitai (MVNO on Japanese community) and other BtoB focused MVNOs. Since 1999, overall he has been involved in more than 40 different Mobile telecommunication projects launches.


Specialist in developing and launching segment focused MVNOs and mobile services – He has a specific MVNO focus and telecom know-how on markets like France, United Kingdom, Belgium, The Nederland’s and emerging MVNO markets such as Middle East and Africa where recently launched Kirene Mobile.

His past experience at American Express within the credit card industry - position Philippe as a specialist of those two converging worlds.

    RUEIL MALMAISON 1995 - 2000 Responsibilities :
    Led a team of developing our business with airlines, banks, travel agents, and other major corporations creating a new alternative product & sales channels.

    Achievements :
    - Development of a new business activity generating $100 M turnover
    - Implementation of the the first American Express bank deal in France, involving the distribution of a corporate co-branded card (Crédit Lyonnais).
    -Introduction of a corporate co-branded card with France’s 4 major Travel & Expenses players :
    Air France, Accor, Crédit Lyonnais, Hertz, Europcar
    - Established agreement with major French travel agents and car rental companies.

    Extensive Sales and Marketing Management expertise with experience of carrying a target.
    Experience in pipelining, forecasting, and prospecting lead generation and relationship management.
