As deputy, I have to manage all customers slots requests (scheduled or unscheduled) with the production department and keep the production planning updated. Also leading of the weekly team meeting, maintenance projects distribution within the team and daily concerns management.
As maintenance planning engineer, I am in charge of maintenance project on Dassault Falcon aircraft’s:
- Scheduled inspection (A, B and C-checks): workscope review or definition with the customer prior to aircraft input: due list, AD / SB, modifications, critical items review.
- AOG situations: technician intervention scheduling, coordination with local service center (if available), general coordination (travel, airport access, hotel, etc.)
- Coordination with integrated material planner and logistic for parts or tools supplying.
- Pre-input check meeting management.
- Follow-up of the project during the maintenance event, production support and customer feedback. Focus point between production and productions shops and the customer. Customer requests management.
- Work report redaction after maintenance event. Logbooks update (airframe, engines, APU) and continuing airworthiness software updates (CAMP system).
- CAMO support if requested by the customer.

In charge of returning to service project for an Fokker 28 after a long storage period in Canada:
- Planning, work package definition and supervision of inspections performed in Canada before ferry flight to France
- Definition of complete work package with French MRO, including: aircraft’s D-check, painting, satcom and IFE installation and cabin refurbishment (creation of a “VIP area”)
- Relationship with subcontractors
- Supervision and engineering support to MRO during check
- Relationship with Canadian and Ivorian Coast aviation authorities (aircraft deregistration and registration)

o Continuing airworthiness management on a Fokker 28 fleet operated over Africa:
- Planning and work package definition of periodical checks (A, B and C-checks)
- Engineering and continuing airworthiness on Rolls Royce SPEY engines

maintenance program

- Structural engineering support to MRO – Europe Aviation & Atis Aviation based on Orly airport – during B737CL and A320 series C-checks:
Damage assessment, SRM investigations, feedback to airframe manufacturer if necessary and repair definition.
- Engineering support to MRO – Europe Aviation based on Chateauroux airport – during B737CL C-checks:
AD / SB analysis: planning and work definition
- Aircraft recovery on Fokker 28 and Mc Donnell Douglas DC9-32
