En résumé

Project Manager since 2011 as a consultant for 5 years then contracted by a former client, I have started my career on the aeronautics.

With Stelia aerospace, I developped my knowledge in project management with the end customer point of view by managing suppliers. I built different assembly lines for the ramp up of the A320.

I turned then in Aritex to get an overview of project management by working in the manufacturer side. By the Time I worked their, the 3 first with Embraer were earnt. Based in Barcelona and working for a brazilian customer, I turned myself as an international Project Manager for complex and customed projets.

My current position in Kelvion allowed me to understand another complex field : Energy.
I am know Project Manager in charge of the customized solution for sophisticated customers with many technical specifications.
80% of my customers are abroad in latin America or middle east.

I am know starting a new challenge : the Edhec Executive MBA to get more tools and overview for a better understanding of managing business and leading a company strategy.

    The High Performance Metals Division is the global market leader for tool steel and a leading provider of high-speed steel, valve steels and other products made from special steels, as well as powder materials, nickel-based alloys and titanium.

    Product manager in charge of the Böhler products for high speed and tool steel:

    - Member of the executive commitee
    - Managing a team of 10 incredible persons: 9 Sales and 1 technical leader
    - Setting up the marketing plan (segments and targets) and budgets
    - Monitoring the product line turnover : around €16 million per year

  • AEROLIA - Project Engineer in the toolmaking department

    Colomiers 2011 - 2013 French leader in the aerostructure manufacturing and international actor for the manufacturing of fuselage subassembly.

    In the toolmaking department, I was in charge of managing all the projects related to the ramp up of the A320 aircraft.
    My responsibilities were to check all the inputs, write technicals specifications, follow up all the designing, building, assembly of the differents tools.

  • Nicomatic South America - Business Engineer

    2010 - 2011 Nicomatic is an international manufacturer of interconexion solutions.
    Those solutions can be divided into 3 parts:
    - Connectors and flat cable for the industry
    - Connectors with aeronautical / defense certifications
    - Custom solutions for interconnexion problems a customer may have

    Located in Brazil, i was responsable for the two last parts. My job was to prospect the Brasilian market, to introduce and propose Nicomatic solutions and to analyse the particular problems of Nicomatic customer.

  • Sonaca - Stagiaire

    2009 - 2009 Developpement d'une machine permettant de fixer automatiquement les rivets sur les bords d'attaques d'ailes d'avion sur des Airbus A340 et A320.

  • Autoliv-NCS - Stagiaire

    2008 - 2008 Chargé du développement d'un nouveau système de test pour vérifier que les micro-générateurs de gaz présents dans les prétensionneurs de ceintures de sécurité exercent une pression qui est dans la norme demandée par le client.
