  2010 - 2011 - Assumed responsibility for a project involving 13 people with a budget of 100,000 €. The event hosted 1,500 people overnight and offered over 10 activities such as casino, plays, or blackjack.
  - It taught me how to lead a team and to develop my leadership. The decision making had far-reaching consequences both financially and on the smooth running of the Gala.
  - Creativity was also an important point: the challenge was to find the right balance between compliance to tradition and innovation.
