• Participate in the opening of a new plant for GM & Daimler programs in San Luis Potosi
• Definition of all global lean flows, layout, stock inventories, production plan, capacity.
• Work with clients such as VW, GM, Daimler, Volvo, PSA
Supply Chain :
• Define logistic agreements with all suppliers : incoterm, freight routes, frequencies, safety stocks, transportation type.
• Work on global project leadtimes to meet Plastic Omnium’s targets
• Define all flows inside plant for new projects : Injection/Paint/Assembly + JIT deliveries to client
• Meet savings targets : 700k$ in 2016 vs budget
• Layout definition for a new sequencing center for Daimler in Aguascalientes, Mx (10,000 sqm)
Packaging :
• Definition of packaging concepts with suppliers, validation of prototypes, follow up of series following a budget. Innovate with new concepts.
• Use packaging knowledge to implement technical solutions according to flow/quality/cost
