- Implement Supply chain KPI by following SCOR methodology. The KPI covers Reliability, Responsiveness, Cost, Asset Management, Forecast Accuracy, and Material Flow Visibility
- Improve Recovered Paper (RCP) receiving process for packaging paper manufacturing (Kraft) in three dimensions: Increase efficiency, Improve quality of raw material and improve flow visibility
- Implement Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment model (CPFR) between wood, pulp and paper process to increase visibility of end to end supply chain in white paper manufacturing
