    Corporate Manufacturing Business Partner (June 00-May 03)
    Reporting to the Manufacturing Worldwide Smart Card Vice-President and Support & Coordination Director with six direct reports in five sites.
    - Define and lead a major implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in the French and German sites. This system saved up to 764,000 Euros when ERP downtime occurred.
    - Define the new Information System model for the remaining production sites according to the current Company situation and Manufacturing strategy based on the standard Oracle Apps. (WIP module). First rollout in Singapore.
  • GEMPLUS - Development Chief LATAM (Latin America)

    Meudon 1999 - 2000 Reporting to the LATAM Information Technology Manager.
    - In-charge of the implementation of the print of line process in the South-American sites. Implement GPOL server and applications to reduce up to 278% delivery times of match print tests directly to customers. Elimination of carrier fees.
    - Lead the implementation of the Human Resources and Payroll system in Cuernavaca (Mexico). Covered incidences tracking (holidays, working permits, days-off, extra time, delays); reduction of data processing and calculation time of 20% with savings after 2 years of 75,000 USD.
    -Leader of a working group to solve information distortion ("bullwhip") in the shop floor (actual vs. ERP quantities). Implemented solutions (bar codes; update ISO procedures and roles) to reduce the variance in 28% during the first month. Total match of quantities achieved in the third month of the project.
  • GEMPLUS - Business Partner

    Meudon 1997 - 1999 - In-charge of the ERP project implementation for Manufacturing & Logistics modules. Rolled it out (definition, training, setup, prototype, test, users training) during 8 months with savings after 3 years of 322,000 USD.
  • BASF Coatings - Process Engineer and Production Leader.

    Levallois-Perret 1996 - 1997 Reporting to the Director of Operations and managing a team of 15 operators.
    - Kept control on the Statistic Process Control, data processing in the ERP system (BPCS) and Production reporting of two sites. Reduction of 50% in data generation time (entry & reporting).
