    Involved in the rollout of the Credit Configurator to the dealers in Spain, Germany, and the UK.
    Assisted the rollout through maintenance (help desk on the configuration and use of the Credit Configurator)
    In charge of the monthly pricing: compilation and consolidation of data to create a set of reports with pricing proposals for the German, UK and Spanish Retail Portfolios.
    Created a procedure to describe the new pricing models.

    2007 - 2007 Assisted the department to manage and monitor risk, issuing diagnosis for ?group proposals? that enable a better risk assessment of the corporate clients.
    Handled the group analysis demands for long term loans (study of legal statutes, financial states, legal organization, search of ongoing liabilities in 4 databases)
    Created a procedure on the group analysis process and the liabilities research for training purpose.
    Drafted a memo that demonstrates the stakes of the department through the work done on complex funding (250M€ of ongoing liabilities consolidated).

  • ADPi - Dubai - Quality Correspondant

    2005 - 2006 Ran the implementation of the Quality Management System in the Dubai offices to prepare ADPi for the audit of the renewal of the ISO 9001 certification (successfully renewed in March 2006).
    Implementation and adaptation of the Quality Documentation in English (job description writing, process updating, procedures and modus operandi writing?)
    Report the follow-up of the mission during the quality meetings I conducted, and the fortnightly department meetings.
