- Post-acquisition restructuring of West-European bank’s subsidiary in Eastern Europe (1 year): Large-scale transformation program of major functions (finance, distribution network, marketing), SG&A cost optimization

Corporate Strategy: Definition of strategic plan of 5+ major European banks in continental Europe and Ireland, including advice to Finance Department
- Long-term modeling of the bank balance sheet and P&L to feed negotiations with regulator, ensure respect of commitments taken and communicate to rating agencies and investors (incl. ‘stress test’ modeling and regulatory ratios under Basel 2 and Basel 3)

- Advisory of the Central Bank and Stability Fund of a South-European country in the Turn-around of its financial sector, and in negotiations with European regulator (6 months)
