    Outline of duties as Lean Manager Asia Pacific:
    -Define the budget in cooperation with plant manager/region manage and group COO in term of efficiency improvement target and cost structure
    -Define the KPIs and guidelines for the Lean System implemented in the Group as Global Lean leader
    -Validate the Capex and the operational cost in project phase
    -Validate all layouts of lines and plant to validate the leanest organization.
    -Member of the standardization team. Target being to reduce the product/process mix in order to optimize the cost structure.
    -Validates the budget and investment for new plant (Malaysia acquired in 2015, Extensions in Mexico)
    Key achievements
    -Decrease operational cost by 40% / quality PPM from 300 to 3
    -Set-up a global Lean System for the group (7entities/4 regions)
    -Lead and Train the whole Lean Network as Global Lean Manager

    -Define the priorities of tooling readiness (stamping tools / fine blanking tools)
    Key achievements
    -Changeover time decreased from 45 to 39 minutes on stamping equipment
    -Daily management of the QRQC

    Outline of duties as Program Manufacturing Leader and Launch Manager (Delhi, India, 2 years):
    -Member of the plant board
    -In charge of the monthly operational reporting to the Division
    -Organize the transfer of equipment between Poland and India.

    - Definition of the necessary budget for the industrial assembly and welding equipment and achieved (1.1Million EUR )
    -Saving in Capital expense of 156k EUR compare with budget

    -Define the changeover targets for the stamping workshop (stamping and fine blanking)
    -Train other plants to best practices (Lead the Lean activities in nearby Shanghai Plant)
