Outgoing and positive frenchman, grown up on a french tropical island and currently residing in Gothenburg, Sweden. As a result, I interact in Swedish, English and French on a daily basis.
I studied Engineering in Paris (Masters Degree) and my cursus included a poly-technical set of subjects such as advanced mathematics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and quantum physics as well as electronics and law, and it gave me an agnostic view on problem solving, as well as general knowledge in many fields. I specialized in IT Systems eventually.
Being a certified Dassault Systèmes Industry Business Consultant, I have honed my skills in:
- Consulting and guiding customers on value-driven digital and business transformation with our industry best-practices.
- Interviewing business stakeholders to identify, collect and organize the as-is, objectives and pains.
- Formalizing the relation between the Why, What and How based on Business Dependency Network standard (BDN), so that the transformation stays value-focused.
- Business process modelling, using BPMN2.0 standards.
- Building the transformation vision and roadmap, business cases and scope of transformation initiatives.
- Working side by side with customer and partners, be it in Waterfall, Agile (SAFe), or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Being assertive in my propositions, yet humble when learning from industry veterans. An exciting dynamic that drives me.
