As Senior Director, I direct the development of new business opportunities and client relationships and works with industry associations and regulators on reinsurance related issues.
Before joining Transamerica Reinsurance Europe in 2006, I established a long career at France’s largest reinsurer. With nearly 30 years of experience in reinsurance marketing and underwriting, I bring a deep understanding of ceding company needs to help the company effectively market traditional reinsurance plus a range of high-value risk management, financing, product development and distribution solutions.

I was responsible for implementing the general underwriting rules for all markets of SCOR Vie in the world and for auditing the local operations. I was also in charge of the annual Business Plan by country and in charge of the Underwriting Committee (Business Review) of SCOR Vie
I was also responsible to give a support to our local team in terms of new business opportunities and development of new products. As a member of the Executive Committee of SCOR Vie I also participated in all missions of new opportunities for SCOR Group like the mergers & acquisitions.

During this period I was responsible for developing new business in some European countries like Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Nordic Countries, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and UK. It was the first step of the International development of SCOR Vie following the merger with UAP Re and I travelled one third of my time outside of France.

I joined SCOR in June 1979 where I was the assistant of the account manager for the main international markets where SCOR Vie operates outside of France. I was in particular in charge to follow the new operation in the US and our cooperation in Canada with La Nationale
