  Responsibilities:
  
  Worked with CEO and CFO on company’s overall budget
  Worked with branch and operations managers to define standard operation processes for Canada
  The purpose was to align operations in the main branches and to define operational best practices. This allowed the operations team to handle overload work from another branch. The ultimate goal was to improve the operations profitability.
  Developed an employee training plan in collaboration with HR to improve employee skills with our internal computer platform (AS400) and Microsoft Office knowledge, increasing the productivity
  Created and led a quality team to reinforce company policies and improve quality process as needed
  Developed and implemented a customer on-boarding process that aligned sales / ops and finance processes

  Improved the operations daly workload with a better understanding of customers needs
  Developed a transformation project with a budget of $300k
  Evaluated an operations center approach: Customers Service - Operations - Billing
  Created a project plan involving CEO, HR, Finance and IT
  Started to implement at the three major branches
  Developed a purchase invoice validation with a budget of $100K
  Evaluated the possibility of removing supplier invoice validation from operations and implemented it, resulting in a overall time savings of 15%.
  Involved India business support team in creating the IT platform
  Implemented a supplier management process to control and ensure cost effectiveness (aligned with ISO9001), resulting in a cost savings of 10% from previous year
  Followed up on the implementation progress with KPI’s on daily/weekly meetings with the management team, reporting progress and issues to the CEO
  

• Agility SAS - Operations Support Manager

  Creil 2006 - 2011 Managed company’s printing system migration to new multifunction laser printer, realizing a €50K/year in cost savings (€100K budget)
  Managed the IT integration in collaboration with CFO/HR for merged and acquired agencies, including training programs (€200K Budget)
  Built and delivered training program for new employees (Internal AS400 and Microsoft Office)
  Implemented of new operations workflows in line with quality standards
  Implemented EDI with both clients and suppliers
  Provided support to global IT through testing of new internal software AS400 releases and patches before go-live
  

• GeoLogistics SAS - Process Improvement Manager on the Forward Project 

  2004 - 2004 Part of a core team responsible for developing a business process improvement change management project that was later implemented in UK, Germany, France (realizing annualized cost and productivity savings in excess of $14 million in Europe)
