    Certification with ISO Standards 9001 - 14001 - 18001 in 8 branches
    Delivering under budget at $120k with a budget of $180k due to a proactive management strategy

    Responsibilities:

    Worked with CEO and CFO on company’s overall budget
    Worked with branch and operations managers to define standard operation processes for Canada
    The purpose was to align operations in the main branches and to define operational best practices. This allowed the operations team to handle overload work from another branch. The ultimate goal was to improve the operations profitability.
    Developed an employee training plan in collaboration with HR to improve employee skills with our internal computer platform (AS400) and Microsoft Office knowledge, increasing the productivity
    Created and led a quality team to reinforce company policies and improve quality process as needed
    Developed and implemented a customer on-boarding process that aligned sales / ops and finance processes
