    For an Automotive Co, Christophe was in charge of the group reporting creation in SAP for the first pilot go-live.: Balance Sheet, P&L by destination, new GL reports. He was also responsible for the consolidation interface between SAP and Magnitude.

    For an Automotive Co, Christophe rolled-out 5 shared services : (USA, Mexico, France, South-Korea). He had to implement SAP : Fit Gap, Migration, Tests, Training, Interfaces. He created a month-end closing calendar which has been validated by the group accounting director, this calendar is now a best practice for coming roll-outs . Christophe also supported SSC roll-outs in India, Russia, Brazil, Argentina, Spain, China and Thailand.

    For an Automotive Co, Christophe spent 9 months in Germany to set up a competency centre. He wrote all finance details processes for SAP roll-outs and trained the local team to SAP flows and error management in STRATOS. He contributed to train the back-office in Tunis for finance SAP archiving so as for SAP roles creation (segregation of duty).

    For an Automotive Co, Christophe went 5 months to the USA as an expert in order to audit a SAP roll-out which was facing great difficulties. For the local team, he put in place a plan to follow core rules and to roll-out on time.

    For an Automotive CO, Christophe is presently working on the finance general design. He has detailed workshops with the accounting director for the chart of accounts creation. He meets the finance and controlling management to show them how SAP will fit their current needs. (Accounting, reporting….) He is the domain lead for FI-CO-PS for the 3 pilots sites : Germany, Slovakia, Turkey. He is the project manager for the Headquarter Roll-out in Karlsruhe and manages resources from France, Germany, Slovakia and Turkey. He is also the SAP solution architect so he drives MM and SD decisions (Procure to pay – Order to cash)
