  Rueil-Malmaison 2008 - maintenant Managed the delivery of IT systems across 7 business units with a turnover of €2 Billion.
  
  Main achievements
  Renegotiated the outsourcing contract for SAP services. A 5 year contract resulting in a €5M saving. The project included the migration of 17 SAP landscapes to a new service provider without interruption to the 3500 global user community.
  Designed and deployed an ‘IT usage based’ costing system to bring transparency and flexibility to IT costs and budgeting.
  Deployed a new PMI based project management methodology to all European IT staff including training and pro forma documentation and project management tools
  Audit and Sarbanes Oxley – best in class 3 years running
  Developed an internal tool for managing provisioning and de-provisioning of >20,000 Active Directory and ERP accounts. Introduced lean and six sigma processes to reduce the cycle time from 2 weeks to 1 day.

  Rueil-Malmaison 1998 - 2008 European IT Manager Refinish Business
  
  Part of the European management team for a €500M specialist paint business. Responsible for defining business unit IT strategy and ensuring complete alignment to business unit strategy.
  
  Main achievements
  Managed the implementation of the European wide ERP system to deliver Swiss based tax saving business model for the Refinish business. Including remodelling of MRP / supply chain processes
  Integrated a 40 location distribution business into the parent company including ERP system, network and mail systems. Saving the business €500K pa
  Outsourced help desk services to Cap Gemini including RFP process and contract negotiations
  Designed and built European sales reporting tool delivering daily sales analysis for all Europe before next working day. Approximately 2,000 customers and 20,000 products.
