    Trough my different projects with Tunstall, we wre organising the definition, update and renewal of the company’s database, IT hardware and supporting telecom services to meet current and future customer demand potential; I was able to supply and install full IT system customized to project’s specifics and provide technical support on product and IT systems.

    The company is determined to play a significant role in the area of Secured Access where access control is combined with automatic identification of people and vehicles.

    Automatic Systems has direct access to the markets through its subsidiaries in France, United Kingdom, Spain, Canada, China and the USA and indirectly through its international network of distributors and agents.

    Automatic Systems has demonstrated constant growth in the sector of security and mobility.

    Within Automatic systems, I was able to achieve:

    • Manage, update and renew the company’s database after a change in business location
    • Optimize and manage ongoing stock levels to ensure fast turnaround of stock materials and optimisation of revenue generation from spares and stock. Achieving a 50% reduction in stock costs and reducing lead times significantly by 40 %,
    • Assist area sales manager(s) in developing new customers through telephone canvassing and marketing activities. As well as quoting when they are on the road for standard products,
    • Generating new leads through telephone canvassing, mail shots and up selling existing clients. This has aiding in increasing sales by over 50% from January to July 07,
    • Manage the product delivery and installation activities of our approved subcontractors,
    • Control subcontractor pricing for and invoicing of services to Automatic Systems,
    • Trade Show organization of new products and services (IFSEC, Birmingham).
  • Euro Digital Systems - Auditor

    2004 - 2004 Euro Digital Systems was a company active in the olfactory marketing and working on helping customer establish a scent for their brand.
    Through the use of a diffuser and the definition of the perfect scent for the customer, we are able to provide astonishing sounds, thanks to our expertise in perfume design in collaboration with our partners from Grasse, France.

    My work with Euro Digital systems implied optimisation of the company's pricing structures for product range to take account of market and competitor positions, ongoing activity (Reducing the buying price for source materials and services by 40%,
    ).
    We were also able to start researches and development of new channels to market with existing and new customers (Development of the company's commercial web-based retail site allowing customer to view entire range and order on-line).
    We develop marketing tools and solutions to support sales activities with the help of the sales and management team).
