    * Led a pool of solution architects and technical experts, assigned roles, set goals and objectives with KPIs. Ensured staff development included training and reviewing mid-year & full year performance, set ratings and managed rewards and recognition.

    * Mentored two team members to achieve successful promotions to Expert level.

    2006 - 2008 Managed the provision and presentation of critical business intelligence to support In-flight Service (IFS), one of the biggest departments in BA, with over 15,000 staff and a budget close to GBP 1bn.

    * Led, managed and developed a team of data analysts based in the UK and India to ensure the delivery of business intelligence to the IFS Leadership team, the Fleet and Crew Management areas, the Catering Operations and Cabin Logistics sections and the Programme Office.

    * Influenced the Change Management strategy. Held responsibility for the development of a variety of systems that are used to support IFS. E.g. Crew Management System (CMS), Onboard Tracker (OBT) a system used on all BA flights.

    * Improved customer satisfaction scores measured by the Customer Services department.
