I am both an engineer in Paper and Printing Science and a doctor in Music Technologies and I am currently seeking for a job opportunity in the field of New Electronic Technologies.
For the last 9 years now, I have been developping electronics components made of organic wooden substrates and applied this technologes to human-computer interaction and I developped a small company to promote the technology.
This involved to learn how to use a variety of microcontrollers and their programming environments to acquire sensors data onto a computer, and then exploit dedicated softwares such as lmatlab, abview or Max to generate multimedia events in function of sensors actuation.
I have interests in new and sustainable technologies, and I have been leading research projects around this subject managaing over 300,000 CA$ fundings from various organisations such as the MDEIE in Québec, the Government of Canada, the Rotary International,or else Hexagram (Montreal) since 2006.
Particularly, I have developped paper contact sensors enabling to sense multiple user actions using renewable and reyclable materials. I am interested in promoting this technology and finding both research and industrial partners that would exploit it in their current applications.
