    Descriptions : Quality manager for entire SBC08 and SITE25.
    Responsibilities;
    Plan and implement the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project.
    Plan, prepare and ensure the project Quality Control (QC) activities implementation.
    Report to the Project Manager Information and data about project in line with corporate guidelines.
    Act as focal point for quality related matters within the project and in liaison with external entities.
    Ensure, within the project organization, the planning of activities aimed at promoting the applicable Contractual Quality.
    Conduct external audit to Vendors and Subcontractors QMS as per project requirement.
    Ensure, within the project organization, the planning of activities aimed at promoting the applicable Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
    Plan and allocate Quality resources to the various area of the project, managing them in liaison with involved Quality functions.
    Conduct QA/QC inspections site maintenance and capital projects to ensure compliance with applicable codes and company standards (materials conformance and traceability, fabrication, repairs, alteration, coating and installation).
    Assess day to day quality control practices and provide feedback to assist Project Leads.
    Attend project walk downs at various stages of facility installation and completion.
    Witness key hold points, such as: Hydro tests, Buried Piping Installation, Vessel Closures, Closure Welds, and Anode Installation Verification.
    Perform visual inspections and non-destructive testing in accordance with ASME/ASNT/AWS/API Codes and any other applicable governing code or company / client’s specification or procedure.
    Review all NDE reports, X-ray film, PWHT charts, hydro test chart etc. available on projects, for compliance with applicable codes and standards.
    Verify QC programs are adequate and effective to project requirements.
    Verify and implement welding programs are in compliance (WPS, PQR, WPQ and continuity logs books).
    Ensure welding consumable handling and storage is correct (rod storage, oven, P numbers etc.).
    Ensure paint program is sufficient and conducive for reliable coatings in accordance with project coating specifications.
    Ensure material handling, storage and traceability program is implemented and effective.
    Attend Pre-Startup Safety Reviews as Asset Integrity representative.
    Assemble all construction documents (UI-As, as-built, construction data books, etc.)

    Descriptions : Quality manager for entire SBC08 and SITE25.
    Responsibilities;
    Manage the entire SBC08 and SITE25 projects approximately 6000T of piping, including the installation and modification of various types of equipment's such as hot & cold exchangers, colons, pumps, boilers, filters, etc. Prepare entire quality procedures thats QAP, various ITP, various welding books base on various material groups numbers & P-numbers, weld repairs procedures, MTR procedures, consumable traceability procedure, welding consumable procedures, visual inspection procedure, PWHT procedures, hardness testing procedures, hydro test procedure, Pneumatic procedure, external insulation procedures, NDT procedures etc. being a total of about 70 different quality procedures.
