  2018 - maintenant Valiat is a layered application running on the Ethereum blockchain, the platforms’ use of smart contracts enables secure derivatives trading. Valiat is built on bidirectional payment channels allowing clients to trade off-chain with the assurance of on-chain enforceability. The project looks to make advancements on account clearance, escrow capabilities and low-cost trading. The technology is complementary to Ether.

  2016 - 2018 The Imagine team is a group of passionate innovators, scientists and skin specialists working together to make a difference in the lives of people with psoriasis.
  
  Innovation comes naturally to Imagine – we are part of LEO Innovation Lab, an independent unit established by LEO Pharma in 2015.
  
  Located in Copenhagen, Denmark, LEO Innovation Lab focuses on all aspects of everyday life that can affect people living with psoriasis – and develops and integrates solutions and services to meet their needs.

• LEO Innovation Lab - Head of Mobile Engineering

  2016 - 2018 LEO Innovation Lab is an independent unit, established by LEO Pharma as part of a long-term strategic decision to focus on patient’s needs.
  
  We don’t develop medical treatments – instead, we look at all the aspects of everyday life that can affect a person who has a skin condition.
  
  LEO Innovation Lab has been established as a separate entity to create a smaller, more agile organization, where innovation can thrive and solutions be brought to market and tested faster.
  
  As LEO Pharma is owned entirely by the LEO Foundation and has no shareholders, its profits are reinvested in developing new solutions to support the overall mission: To help people achieve healthy skin. This unique ownership structure has made it possible to establish LEO Innovation Lab with a goal of making a difference to people living with a skin condition.

• Citrix Systems - Engineering Manager

  Fort Lauderdale 2015 - 2016 Podio is a cloud-based collaboration platform for organising team communication, business processes, data and content. Podio is owned by Citrix, an American multinational software company that provides virtualisation solutions.
  
  As an engineering manager I lead a team of 5 mobile engineers to be a world-class development team capable of designing, building and testing the Podio mobile applications for Android and iOS used by thousands of organisations around the world every day.
  
  My principal responsibilities are:
  • Create an environment that provides team members the opportunities to do their best work.
  • Build a team of top-tier engineers via attracting and hiring top talent, while retaining existing key talent.
  • Define processes and structures that fosters collaboration across different offerings within the engineering team.
  • Form a great working relationship between engineering, product management and UI/UX, thereby ensuring the delivery of the best possible product.
