I have been working for over 8 years in Technip Estimating department as Lead Estimating engineer for worldwide major proposal cost estimates.
Key responsibility is providing the business unit with a firm selling price that shall allow completing the project within the technical cost envelope and with a business margin while still being competitive to our competitors.
Beginning 2018, I became Onshore Group Manager and Im now in charge of supervising all onshore Cost estimating activities.
Since 2016, I also contribute as Tool manager for the department, in order to improve efficiency of the team through faster, more accurate and more reliable tools.
I enjoy working in this dynamic and challenging environment. I am resolutely proactive in problem solving and deliver high standard solutions. A key attribute is my ability to adapt any circumstances.
Before this, I spent 7 years in the Engineering branch as an Advanced System Engineer with over 16 months spent on site in Asia for a refinery start-up. My technical field of expertise covered all kind of integrated decision support systems (Real time database, Advanced Process Control, Planning & Scheduling, Laboratory management, Asset management and maintenance, Performance monitoring....).
I exhibited excellent project management skills during the refinery start-up phase to safely and efficiently deliver twelve management systems for both client and company satisfaction.
