After my master degree I decided to get an international experience and I moved to England to this end.
I am currently working as a category analyst for the Hygiene and Packaging commodity and then Meat, at JJ food service. I am in charge of :Capital expenditure Portfolio of 14 million £ ,- Provisioning accordingly to the needs and demands
- Providing support by collecting, managing and analysing data for strategic sourcing operations.
- Providing spend, supply market analysis and reporting to support projects carried out by the EMEA procurement team.
- Ensuring that the stock levels are optimal to satisfy the customer demand, whilst achieving the lowest cost to drive a successful and repeatable forecast, planning and execution cycle for the products under my category.
