Graduated from Business School ESCE Paris, with a Master 2 in International Trade & Supply Chain Management, with a fluent level of English and an operational level of Spanish.

I have been working for four years as Export Sales & Logistics Administrator into a SMB exporting automotive spare parts all over the world, and I deal with a portfolio of 60-70 customers (Europe, Latin America, Africa, Middle-East, Asia)

I am dealing with the whole processing of shipments, from the preparation until the after-sales, including logistics treatment and following of payments (letter of credit, documentary remittance).
I am collaborating closely with external partners (customers, suppliers, forwarding agents, banks) and internal ones (sales representatives, accounting department, procurement).

    During this mission, I was assisting the Non-Production Purchasing Department into the needs evaluation of the company, the treatment of calls for bids, the negociation of price, and the re-supplying . I managed a portfolio of goods and services, via one ERP (Lawson M3) and Lotus Notes

    Thanks to this experience, I have consolidated some skills as Adaptability, Flexibilty, Organisation, and Purchasing Negotiation.
  • W Wine - Assistant Sales Manager (Internship)

    2011 - 2011 Distribution of top of the range wines, champagnes and spirits

    During this internship into a small business, I fulfilled various tasks including Sales, After-Sales (dealing with claims and returns), Internet/Phone orders preparation and shipment (all over the US).
    I was closely working with our suppliers as I was tasting their products and negotiating their prices.
    I was in charge of taking deliveries of the goods, Merchandising and always re-thinking the whole organisation and layout of various point of sales.
    Then, I was in charge to source new products and suppliers in Florida.

    Thanks to this experience, I consolidated my English language skills, my Adaptability and Flexibility, my Autonomy and Purchasing Negotiation.
  • MISCO FRANCE - Acheteur/Approvisionneur

    Roissy en France Cedex 2008 - 2008 B2B computing material trade.

    During this internship, I was in charge of a portfolio of products and my main mission was to daily analyse, through an ERP, and optimize the level of stock of all the items, and then pass the orders to our suppliers. I was assisting the Purchasing/Procurement Service by following the deliveries of back orders, dealing with the suppliers returns, and also sourcing new suppliers.

    Thanks to this experience, I acquired new skills as dealing with an ERP, organization and stress management.

    Montreuil 2007 - 2007 Creation and Distribution of Video Games

    During this short internship, my mission was to carry out a market study on distribution of Video Games in European countries, in order to support the Sales teams.
