    - Serial purchase for production (working with R&D, quality and legal departments):
    Define the purchasing strategies; manage the supplier relationship and the supplier
    base, market analysis, perform national and international sourcing, define and choose
    the best class suppliers, solve contractual and product defaults issues

    - Reach the markets requirements through the suppliers: by reaching competitive prices,
    quality, delivery time and services : negotiations, suppliers audits, performances indicators.

    - Project buyer: For new product development for aeronautic and railways market
    Early involvement in the projects in order to add value and respect the target prices.
    Management of the planning, perform global sourcing and supplier market analysis, research
    of innovative solutions from suppliers, perform risk analysis. Reach cost optimization by

    2010 - 2011 Managing the purchase of subcontracting and technical materials :

    - defining the need with the project team, trying to propose innovative solution in term of
    purchasing strategies (or through the supplier).

    - Perform supplier market analysis; research, choose suppliers of the short list.

    - Elaboration of purchasing strategies and presentation to the France purchasing committee
    (in collaboration with the engineers) : project volume until 20 Millions euros.

    - Launching requests for quotation through the e-RFX platform.
