    PARIS 2011 - maintenant Main responsibilities:

    1. Cash flow analysis and financial result at both Group level and affiliates level:
    - Perimeter: Pernod Ricard Group, and Americas (distribution entities) + global brand affiliates (Irish whiskeys - Jameson, Cuban rum - Havana Club).
    - Budget, annual and half-year estimates, monthly and half year reporting
    Strong focus on cash flow generation levers.
    Key indicators: working Capital ratios, conversion of Operating profit into Operating cash flow, conversion of net income into free cash flow, Net debt / EBITDA, cost of financing, debt maturity, cash on hand

    2. Pension control (directly reporting to Group Pension Committee: Group CFO / Group HR / Legal Director / Group Treasurer):
    - Implementation and follow-up of a global governance framework for all Group affiliates and specific cross-functional reporting for selected affiliates pensions schemes (4 bn euro liabilities), covering IAS 19 & local financing perspective, financial risk analysis as well as regulatory environment
    - Organization of Group Committee meetings. Follow-up with affiliates on action plans
    - Coordination of a triennial pension fund valuation (reporting to top management, collaboration with actuaries and other advisors): part of the Investment Team and support to the Negotiation Team.

    3. Roll-out of a brand cash generation KPI across 28 affiliates, based on Hyperion data. Analysis at Group level by category presented to CFO.

    4. Projects:
    - Deployment of new cash management tools (forecast models, working capital ratios)
    - Participation in information system improvement (Hyperion)
    - Organization of Treasury Seminar

    5. Implementation of cash centralization / upstream initiatives, mainly in Americas affiliates
