2009 - 2014Management and coordination of R&D projects, based on thermal comfort applied to sporting goods, specially dedicated to the brands Quechua and Wed'ze.
Working in project group which regroups Product Manager, Product Engineer and Designer.
My role consists in 3 steps :
- brought the scientific knowledge to help the creativity
- define a scientific study protocol to analyse the product innovation
- experiment and validate the product innovation through a lab or a field test.
I also developed skills in :
- Product development, specially in textile ans shoes
- Intellectual and industrial properties (patent).
- Innovative thinking to create and manage innovative product development.
