• Manage delivery and operational support of script tags through Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM) in conjunction with AEM rollout across Westpac Group.
• Directly create tag rules, including writing JavaScript code to detect events and pull data from the DOM.
• Gather and document analytics and data collection tracking requirements from business sponsors and other internal clients and stakeholders.
• Build analytics tagging implementation plans and associated documentation for use by developers and QA teams.
• Monitor the quality and integrity of analytics data and reports.
• Own the optimization of Westpac’s internal search platform delivering optimized search results through evaluating results, assessing feedback, initiating system changes, and collaborating with other stakeholders to optimize our internal search results and application performance.
• Present weekly results and explain changes in performance and actions taken to improve results.
