2009 - maintenantSystem and Safety Engineer for ZF TRW (Drive Assist Systems department) in a R&D department, in charge of the development of new generations of automotive radar.
Safety:
Integration of ISO 26262 process and requirements in the French R&D department (Based at Brest) and contribution to generic DAS continuous improvement on safety.
Creation of requried safety work-products (from Concept phase down to Hardware development), in collaboration, when needed, with hardware and software teams.
Example of analyses or workproducts done :
- Hazard analysis
- Functional/technical safety concepts
- Derivation of system and Hardware safety requriements
- SPFM/LFM (FIT calculations, identification of safety mechanisms)
- Identification of safety requirements for production
System :
Creation of system workproducts required as an input for safety activities (Functional analysis, definition of a system architecture, creation of FMEAs, etc,.).
Improvement of traceability between documents, between requriements (creation of a specific tool for traceability from functions down to to hardware and software components, including Design and System FMEAs, etc.).
Identification of System requirements and support to the hardware team to derive new requirements based on different analyses.
Other :
Collaboration with English and German teams.

Vélizy-Villacoublay2006 - 2009- Vélizy (2006-2009) :
In charge of the deployment of new installations (electrical/informatical) in different end of lines of automotive production lines of the company. These plants are used to diagnose vehicles (health monitoring, compliance checks (to electric/electronic specifications, to Hardware and software references, etc.) via specific tools to be connected in each vehicle.
This activity included :
- Creation of technical specification
- Participation to technical and economical negociations (Around 1M€/production site)
- Project management : supplier management, project planning
- Coordination of activities and different teams (project teams based in the technical center, technical teams based on each factories and supplier team : around 30 people)
- Training (for operators and maintenance personal)
- System validation : supervision of tests and validation of the installation (via increased rate in production)
- Lieu St Amand (2004-2005) :
In charge of the diagnosis of vehicles (health monitoring, compliance checks (to electric/electronic specifications, to hardware and software references, etc.), via a specific diagnosis tool, in the end of line of an automotive production line.
This activity included :
- Programming diagnosis tool
- In field analysis (via can vehicle connector and laptop)
- Creation of indicators wrt end of line results
- Interaction with quality department to improve processes
