Support the IT systems and network and communications infrastructure of an office of +2000 staff (excluding several out-of-office
staff and remote users) on a day-
to-day basis, providing:
Desktop support – working with Windows 7 and 8, Office 2010 and 2013, printers, phones, Blackberry, Access databases.
